The Associate Director of Athletics for Development & Strategy will serve as a key member of the Athletics and Recreation external team and is responsible for providing leadership and oversight of all aspects of the annual fund, donor events, and development marketing and communication strategies. The position will also manage a portfolio of prospective donors with a focus on raising gifts in the $1,000-$50,000 range. This position will be a secondary sport administrator for multiple sport programs and respective head coaches. Other responsibilities will include serving on campus committees liaison to campus departments, relations with conference affiliations (Summit League, NCHC, Big East, Big 12) and community relations. The position reports to the Deputy AD/CRO.
