The Training and Development Director I (Quality Coach) functions as a part of the South Carolina Child Care & Resource Referral Network team of statewide Training & Development Directors (Quality Coaches) that provides technical assistance to parents, early childhood programs, and community partners as it relates to all the core components of the Department of Social Services, Division of Early Care and Education grant requirements. For this position, the selected applicant must obtain two credentials, both from the Center for Child Care Career Development, within 12 months of employment. (1) Credential for a South Carolina Certi?ed Trainer Credential in all areas of child development. (2) Credential for a South Carolina Certi?ed Technical Assistance Provider Credential at the Generalist II level. Advertised Minimum Qualifications Master’s degree and 1 year training and development experience, or bachelor’s degree and 3 years training and development experience. Full/Part Time: Full Time
