Assist with and ensure case readiness from end to end for purposes of case implementation; perform necessary tasks to implement cases. Assist with the development of and execution of developed marketing strategy for small group product within the identified broker segment. Determine product and sales positioning pieces needed. Monitor and access product competitiveness, positioning and implementation strategy for the purpose of meeting product sales and profitability goals; determine additional needs for execution. Partner with internal areas as needed for the purposes of selling, implementing and renewing business in the small group market. Monitor and maintain information relate to industry trends and competitor products through consultants, industry contacts, surveys, studies and attendance at industry seminars as needed. Monitor and Manage case specific risk and underwriting rates to align with product objectives, measurements and goals. Develop and maintain current knowledge of Mutual of Omaha's products, policies and services. This position requires up to 15% travel, which may include flying and/or driving and some overnight stays. This position requires sitting over 66% of the time.
