General Function Wolverine Worldwide is a global marketer of branded footwear, apparel, and accessories. The Brand Protection Coordinator will monitor Wolverine Worldwide brands on e-Commerce and social media platforms for third party compliance with minimum advertised price (MAP) policies, search engine marketing (SEM) policies, and Wolverine’s internet agreement and terms and conditions of sale, including the requirement to sell only through authorized internet websites (the “policies”). Help develop and implement reporting tools relating to compliance with the policies. Primary Duties • Support WWW brand governance of the policies and help ensure effective compliance with the policies by all retailers • Research/monitor brands on e-Commerce websites and social media platforms for third party compliance with the policies • Identify unknown/unauthorized retailers selling Wolverine products • Implement processes and systems to continually improve the speed and effectiveness of identifying unknown/unauthorized retailers • Audit, identify, and report violations to the brands • Establish KPIs and create standardized reports to provide increased visibility to level of compliance with the policies and to set benchmarks that ensure our brands are being appropriately represented online • Educate brand sales teams in understanding the policies and help ensure effective compliance with the policies by all retailers Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required • Bachelor’s degree; 2-4 years sales operations experience • Experience with e-commerce practices, including affiliate networks, aggregator sites, SEM, MAP policies, on-line commerce and shopping eco-systems • Strong attention to detail • Ability to work both individually and cohesively as a team member • Strong qualitative and quantitative skills to make impactful business decisions • Analytically driven while having an innovative way of looking at the business • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Strong computer skills, including with MS office/Excel WORKING CONDITIONSSome travel required The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed and are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties and skills which may be required.
