Responsibilities include employee/employer counseling, Employee Assistance Program (EAP) coordination, Employee Performance Management System (EPMS) program monitoring and processing, unemployment administration student loan default compliance, grievance procedure administration, supervisory training in related areas, policy development and interpretation.
