This position is located in the Finance Department of the Anderson-Oconee-Pickens Mental Health
Center. Office assignment is at the Oconee County Clinic, 115 Carter Park Road, Seneca, SC 29678. Under general supervision of the Administrative Manager, employee performs audits of AOP-MHC financial records to ensure compliance with Division of Financial Services Policies and Procedures and to provide assistance to AOP staff to ensure proper procedures are followed. Performs duties and provides required support to the varied functions of the Business Department. Assists with both verbal and written requests from all clinical and program locations, assists with projects of financial and budget information, and independently maintains required records and logs of center property. In the absence of the Administrative Manager, employee performs duties necessary for the daily administrative operation of the Business Department.State and Agency Requirements: A high school diploma and professional experience in a related area such as accounting, auditing, finance or commercial lending.
