Advertised Job Summary

Under supervision of the Assistant Director for Marketing Production, the Coordinator for Marketing Production is responsible for managing the planning, production, and delivery of assigned marketing and communications projects and collateral for the Office of Undergraduate Admissions. The Coordinator supports marketing projects for key functional areas in the office by developing creative content, from concept to production, for logotypes, promotional items, advertisements, fliers, posters, brochures, booklets, and signage. The Coordinator works in collaboration with the office’s Marketing, Recruiting, International, Operations, and Strategic Technology Initiatives teams. Additionally, the Coordinator supports select projects at the Enrollment Management level and collaborates with partners and constituents across campus. In addition to serving as a marketing specialist, the Coordinator uses his/her knowledge of admissions procedures, policies, and practices to provide accurate counseling and customer service to students, parents, and guidance counselors regularly via phone and email, and in person at special events that take place frequently throughout the year. The Coordinator also reviews students’ applications and renders decisions for admission to the University. The Coordinator assists in assessment and continual improvement of his/her area of responsibility in order to work toward meeting the office’s annual enrollment goals. The overall purpose of the Coordinator will be to take a leadership role in proposing new and creative ideas to ensure prospective students have been personally, effectively, and knowledgeably served, while working toward the highest yield of enrolled students from the admitted group.
