Submits position vacancy information for posting in NEOGOV. Schedules interviews, reviews and submits paperwork for candidate recommendations, request salary/budget approval, tracks and processes new hire packets as well as transfers and promotional packages. Develops spreadsheets to track position vacancies and maintains until positions are filled. Serves as the benefits representative and backup to the NCID Administrator. Assist employees with BEACON time and leave issues. Manages health services personnel records and oversees Worker's Compensation records/claims. All other HR duties as necessary. This position will report directly to the Health Treatment Administrator at the facility and will work collaboratively with Prison's HR staff.Listed below are the Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA's) associated with this position.
