Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment seeks an Executive Director, Brand Marketing for the Marketing department. The Executive Director, Brand Marketing will oversee a product portfolio that includes console games from Rocksteady, NetherRealm, and WB Games Montreal. This role will be responsible for the business plan and will direct the global marketing plans and strategies and drive all aspects of the consumer decision journey from awareness to loyalty, focusing on increasing consumer engagement. This role will have a strong emphasis on live service marketing and will set the roadmap, goals, and objectives for all marketing efforts to achieve revenue, business, and financial growth goals. Consumer digital marketing will be a key focus as this role will also oversee the content and performance marketing team responsible for building and executing optimized, data-driven campaigns across the WBIE portfolio of console games. We seek a professional who approaches work with a game-changing attitude and a desire to make a true impact on the organization while constantly evolving the team’s roles and capabilities to ensure that the company’s goals are met. • Direct the strategic development and execution of global marketing campaigns for a portfolio of games. • Strategically and creatively allocate marketing spends to deliver maximum impact and ROI across target audiences. • Manage the on-going strategic relationship between WB Games and development studios including NetherRealm, Rocksteady, and WB Montreal. • Drive post launch and live planning using in-game telemetry and data modeling to drive decision making. • Deliver on business goals, monitoring and adapting performance based on KPIs. • Develop growth strategies and franchise planning for key titles across the portfolio. • Manage, coach and develop marketing team and constantly evolve the team’s role and capabilities to ensure that the company’s goals are met. • Steer alignment with the cross functional teams including development studios, Integrated Communications, Consumer Insights and Data Analytics, Sales/Trade/Operations, Product Development, and the international Marketing teams to deliver against the business plan. What do we require from you? • BA/BS degree required, MBA preferred. • 12+ years work experience in console videogames marketing managing a portfolio of games. • Significant leadership experience managing and coaching highly talented brand teams. • Proven record building and growing AAA franchises. • Expertise in games-as-a-service and multiple business models. • Strong business acumen and understanding of digital media, online advertising platforms & related metrics. • Experience working with major entertainment brands/licenses. • Strong executive presence. • Results oriented, self-motivated. • Top quality presentation skills. • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. • Requires some travel
