We pride ourselves on not only excellent client-retention, but also employee retention by having an appreciation that our employees have families and lives outside of the office.We are currently looking for a Payroll Specialist to assist in daily payroll operations, including processing incoming payrolls for various businesses, employee setup, regulating compliance with various Federal and State laws, and processing payroll tax payments/returns. The ideal candidate for the job is detail oriented, enjoys working in a team environment, and aims to build strong lasting relationships with our customers.We’re looking for someone that: - Tends to details and applies critical thinking skills to complex situations Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information Exercises initiative and independent judgment Enjoys working in a team environment Efficiently works in multiple software programs and on multiple tasks simultaneously Is proficient in manipulating data in spreadsheet software Is proficient in data entry, especially 10-key Has excellent oral and written communication skills.Is willing to stay abreast of ever-changing Federal and State payroll laws.Has a strong desire to excel through professional training and certifications. - The right candidate: - Has earned a High School diploma or GED.
