We are looking for hardworking, friendly and professional individuals who are looking to work in special banquet events in Luxury Hotels located in Miami Beach, Downtown, and the Brickell area. Job duties include; • Set up china, glass and silverware according to established guidelines in a timely and efficient manner. • Speak, read and understand the English language. • Prepare side station for service. • Provide exceptional service during the service of meals. • Provide continuous attention to details before, during and after the service of the meal. • Complete all assigned side work duties in a timely manner. • Follow proper clearing and cleanup procedure. • Follow proper handling of hotel equipment. • Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times observing all safety rules. • Follow proper beverage handling procedures. • Have a positive attitude.
