The Conservation and Environment Delivery Center is seeking a highly motivated individual to utilize their technological skills to serve the Data Quality Support Section by improving data quality and auditing for record management of enterprise systems. • Work Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday; 1 hour lunchThe employee in this position is a senior level analyst working independently on the administration, development, and maintenance of CEDC-IT's highly advanced application environment to ensure that it is run efficiently, effectively and following enterprise best practices and standards. He or she works on quality control so delivery center data is accurate and reliable. This employee develops reports, extracts, planning, analysis, design, construction, testing, deployment and maintenance which contribute to data management. Performs coding according to CEDC standards and data quality. Able to utilize technologies as required: Active Server Pages (ASP.Net), Visual Studio, Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI), SQL Server database, Structured Query Language (T-SQL), Structured Query Language (PL/SQL), Oracle, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) packages, SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS), JavaScript, Hypertext Markup Language (HTML), and Extensible Markup Language (XML). Uses Microsoft Azure DevOps for source code control, versioning, documentation, and recording time spent on tasks. Researches and resolves critical development issues that may arise.Qualifications: • Must meet PA residency requirement • Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: One year as an Applications Developer 1 or Computer Programmer 3; or two years of information technology experience in applications development or applications maintenance, and an associate's degree in any information technology field; or four years of information technology experience that includes two years of experience in applications development or applications maintenance; or a bachelor's degree in any information technology field. • This position requires 1 or more years of full-time experience working with Visual Studio/ASP.net, and 1 or more years of full-time experience working with Oracle, PL/SQL or SQL Server, T-SQL. • Based on your answers to the supplemental application questions regarding education, you may be instructed to upload a copy of your college transcripts to your application • This posting requires submission of a resume with your application.
