The successful candidate for the Specialist Controls role will join the Compliance & Management Information (MI) team within the larger Trading & Supply Compliance organization who is responsible for compliance controls (including financial crime), as well as Compliance Management Information (operational and strategic). Accountabilities include: • Developing and maintaining key elements of the Trading & Supply (T&S) Compliance Control Framework. • Contributing to the creation and maintenance of a comprehensive T&S Compliance Controls library. • Critically assess the design and effectiveness of T&S Compliance controls, suggesting areas for improvements. • Providing recommendations and implement processes with the Compliance Advisory and Regulatory teams to ensure that the T&S Control Framework is updated to reflect any regulatory changes. • Partner as a Compliance Controls Subject Matter Expert with other parts of Compliance and other Functions, including Legal, Finance and Audit.
