If selected at the GS-6 level, your duties will include the ones shown below for the full performance GS-7 level, but will be performed under closer supervision with on-the-job training provided to allow progression to the full performance GS-7 level. • Provides fiscal oversight on rates of expenditure recommending adjustments as required to the Administrative Officer • Monitors fiscal status of funds allocated and works with Office Supervisors and Office administrative staff to effectively meet administrative and fiscal responsibilities. • Monitors recurring expenditures of project funds to insure proper allocation to appropriate accounts and to determine accounts to be charged on non-recurring expenditures. • Audits travel vouchers and travel authorizations submitted for review and approval. • Assists in the preparation of solicitation documents, including requests for grant proposals and other means to initiate restoration programs for future fiscal years. • Manages appropriated funds and funds from reimbursable and contributed sources for the Red Bluff Fish and Wildlife Office. • Maintains, compiles, prepares and submits administrative reports related to the program operations for the Project Leader signature before submission.
