Office of Human Resources Job Focus Areas : This Human Resources Analyst position in located within the Recruitment and Compensation Section of the Louisiana Department of Education, Office of Human Resources and will report to a classified Human Resources Manager. The person in this position will primarily be responsible for the recruitment and onboarding activities for the LDOE. Additionally, this person will be responsible for special projects assigned by the HR Manager and/or HR Director. Preferred Qualifications : The preferred candidate should have prior experience in Human Resources, specifically with recruitment, and they should have excellent writing skills. Preference will be given to the candidates that have experience with LaGov/HCM (ISIS), PES, NeoGov, and advanced Excel knowledge.
