The Professional Learning Partnerships Director will coordinate with staff in planning, organizing, communicating, and monitoring evidence-based services with school and community partners to ensure that they are aligned to specified project outcomes. The incumbent will oversee project management evaluation services, participant management, technical communications with project stakeholders, and development of high-quality services and resources in support of the project's deliverables. This professional will facilitate ongoing development of each project team to realize their full potential of professional learning partnerships. This Incumbent's Job Tasks Will Include • Talent Management • Project Coordination • Evaluation and Reporting • Project Management • Participant Management • Editor • Evidence-Based Practice • Professional Learning Facilitation • Instructional Design *Research Required Education Master's Degree or equivalent combination of education/job related experience AND: 24 months in administrative role in educational setting Skills Highly organized and able to handle multiple projects and deadlines Able to communicate well and build rapport quickly with students, faculty and staff Able to produce reports and complete work within deadlines Strong initiative to solve problems Able to work well with interdepartmental teams and initiatives Demonstrated ability in management of a sponsored program or project Must be able to supervise staff and communicate directions and expectations effectively Must have strong ability to lead project teams Must be able to create and deliver effective training presentations Certifications None Advertised Physical Requirements Must be able to lift 40 pounds. Job requires manual/visual dexterity. Must be able move, communicate, hear, see including color, depth perception and clarity and engage in repetitive motions. Departmental Preferences 8 years experience working in an educational setting 5 or more years teaching in a classroom 5 or more years of experience as a building or team leader, department chair, or curriculum coordinator Demonstrated experience in management of a sponsored program or project.
