• Full-time employment • Work Hours are Monday thru Friday, 8:00AM - 4:00PM with a 30 minute lunch • Must be willing to travel. Travel expenses will be paid.Manages all facets of highway maintenance operations within a geographical area of a County Maintenance Organization in support of both the short-term goals and long term strategic directives set by the County Maintenance Manager. Responsible for setting up and directing seasonal highway maintenance work for an assigned region of Jefferson County. Monitors productivity and quality to ensure that operations are performed in the most efficient and cost effective manner. Develops long term strategic plan for assigned geographic area in support of the overall long term objectives of the organization. Completes roadway inventories on all roads within assigned geographic area utilizing the most recent roadway inventory form provided by the Roadway Programs Coordinator.
