Job Description Position Summary The Digital Marketing Analyst will be responsible for driving digital analytics based recommendations and influencing decisions within the organization. This position reports to the VP of Digital Marketing.
 Summary of Essential Job Functions: • Identify and implement opportunities to enhance digital program performance, new growth opportunities and optimize ROI. • Performs complex analyses and/or modeling to understand user behavior and identify opportunities to enhance digital program performance, evaluate partner payout and underwriting, new growth opportunities and optimize ROI • Develop business cases at a strategic and tactical level to ensure the data capture, reporting and dashboard are being developed in coordination with our digital marketing acquisitions strategy and roadmap. • Determine relevant metrics and create appropriate reporting to track and analyze the performance of digital marketing acquisition programs. • Work with senior leaders and business partners to understand critical business problems and areas of opportunity, influence to implement recommendations • Develop presentations with conclusions and recommendations for senior management. • Perform other related duties or special projects as assigned. • Performs other duties as assigned. Job Requirements Position Requirements • 4-year Bachelor’s degree and equivalent industry experience required • 2-4 years advanced use of at least one of the following: Microsoft Access, SQL Server, Oracle, or SAS • 2-4 years of experience using web analytical tools like Adobe Analytics/Omniture, WebTrends, Coremetrics, Mouseflow, Tealeaf, Google Analytics or other similar tools. • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills. • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and ability to effectively communicate findings. • Superior verbal and written communication and follow-up skills. • Flexibility and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, highly complex environment
