Specialized Experience For This Position Includes • Experience performing Information Technology (IT) desktop hardware evaluation and testing in a multi-platform, multi-vendor environment; • Experience gathering desktop hardware requirements in a multi-platform, multi-vendor environment; • Experience advising management and customers on new desktop technology, hardware modifications and enhancements. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social).
