Customer Service Manager ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for design, improvement, and implementation of processes and operational procedures -Responsible for IQMS (ERP System) improvement project -Responsible for MyOxygen order processing and market share gain by excellent service as well as
participation in social media growth. -Work with sales, marketing, and manufacturing to ensure on time delivery. -Resolve all escalated customer issues -Ensure accurate documentation throughout the department that includes order entry, invoicing, product returns, pricing deviations, delivery and customer complaints/resolutions -Provide customer service and inside sales reports for department and employee performance review -Strengthen department by fostering a team driven environment and encouraging employees to be proactive and to take ownership in reaching customer service objectives and performance standards -Assist CSR’s with essential duties when applicable -Accountable for acting on stated intentions & assigned duties -Participate with Production Scheduling meetings to provide feedback on behalf of customers QUALIFICATIONS: -Minimum 5 years demonstrated experience as a Customer Service Leader -Excellent organization, communication, and planning skills -Creative and Resourceful under pressure -Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office -Ability to maintain a good working relationship with co-workers and the general public. -Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus About Us: Staff Matters is proud to have been recognized by Inc.
