Job Summary The ride attendant works in the Family Entertainment Center (FEC) of the South Suburban Family Sports Center. The ride attendant's duties include, but are not limited to, front desk procedures and answering phones, running and supervising of amusement rides, and operation and minor maintenance of the games, ticket redemption area. Job Requirements Must be at least 15 years old and some schooling preferred. CPR, AED, and First Aid Certification is preferred. At least six (6) months customer service experience preferred. Must be highly motivated and take direction well. This position requires a high level of customer service. Able to help create a welcoming and exciting atmosphere; enjoy providing the highest levels of customer service in a fun environment. The Ride attendant requires an "upbeat/ positive" personality. Must have high energy, be responsible, and able to work on a team. The ability to successfully complete a background check including but not limited to criminal history search is required.
