Basic Math; Basic Excel (for skills measurement only with no time constraint); Basic Word; 10-Key (bookkeeping positions only); and Bank Reconciliation (bookkeeping positions only). All applicants for level three positions must also have a Bookkeeping Test on file and in the applicant packet to be screened by the prospective supervisor. This is not a pass/fail process but is a measurement of current skills for the applicant. Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities And Experience Preferences include: two to three years of clerical experience, word processing skills, working knowledge of Student Information System, effective communication skills, both verbal and written, flexibility, organization, and problem solving skills, interpersonal skills with diverse population's in-person and on the telephone, computer, business English and basic mathematics skills, ability to meet deadlines and work on multiple projects and ability to accurately keyboard 35 WPM minimum.
