Marketing Specialist Mason, OH Marketing Specialist will provide support to our client’s internal marketing teams by proactively identifying appropriate marketing approaches, copy requirements, and artwork to be advertised in specific brand units. Marketing Specialist Responsibilities: · Work closely with
each function within the brand unit to identify copy requirements by establishing relationships and the drumbeat approach to capture the most current and correct requirements (including appropriate change management controls). · Own the accountability for the development, setup, and promotion of pieces of art (POAs) in real time artwork (RTA) prior to project kick-off to enable the Artwork Planner to correctly create an artwork project. · Own timely and correct claims input into the Copy Tool and ensures delivery is synchronized with artwork CPS. · Lead resolution of issues between functions in the authoring and approval of Master Copy (as needed). · Ensure all claims are legally approved and all marketing development organizations (MDOs) are available when needed. · Provide guidance to suppliers (Design agency/Brand Visual System), via Brand Identity System (BIS) Soft Points or through Design Delivery Services (DDS), to ensure presence of copy elements are accurately represented on the artwork. · Provide guidance to Translation Agency and/or MDO ACE. · Attend initiative, design, artwork network and capability connect points (or meetings) as needed to complete/drive the required artwork copy related activities. · Train functional resources and Translation Agency on the Copy process, and tracks any need for additional training or refresher. · Review and approve CIC and Final Artwork to check compliance with copy element requirements and confirmation of intended design vs. CIC · Conduct gap analysis on a regular basis and make recommendations for artwork copy process improvement including translations. · Works closely with GBS core team on any needed system testing
