The Bureau of Quality and Provider Management has an opening in the Provider Supports Team for a Human Services Program Specialist who is committed to helping enrolled providers to deliver these services, while ensuring that they are paid

ONCE THIS POSITION IS FILLED, YOUR SCORE IS NO LONGER VALID. • Full-time employment • Work hours 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday with a 1 hour lunch perioda. The specialist will work to recover funds paid to providers which were identified as overpayments. These activities will include communicating the results of findings to providers, processing their recoupment payments, andupdating agency partners as to the success of efforts to recoup overpaid funds. b. This position will serve as the Genesys platform lead for OLTL hotlines. They will be responsible for ensuring that users get necessary training and will work to coordinate the resolution of platform issues with the vendor. This position also plays an integral role in providing technical and analytical assistance to all long-term living service providers, which include nursing facilities, home and community-based services (HCBS) waiver providers, and LIFE providers. The specialist will utilize several computer systems in the course of their duties, including SAMs, HCSIS, PROMISe, the Client Information System (CIS), and MMIS. The position also is responsible to process hardship requests from prudent payment from providers, coordinating their approval or denial with appropriate system actions. Qualifications: • Must meet PA residency requirement for this title • Minimum Experience and Training Requirements - Successful completion of the training program for the Human Services Program Trainee; OR one year of professional experience developing, implementing or evaluating human services, social services, health care services or health care insurance programs. • Must be able to perform essential job functions Veterans: Pennsylvania law (51 Pa.
