You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. Qualifications Basic Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology Preferred At least 7 years of experience in software development life cycle activities on Application development and maintenance projects using .Net, Java, J2EE technologies At least 6 years of experience in developing consulting led new business opportunities, lead multiple multiple medium to large size engagements from various stages such as direction setting, design & solution definition, implementation and continuous improvement At least 5 years experience in performing AS-IS Analysis of the SDLC processes, assess industry trends, develop new offerings / ideas and defining the roadmap and recommendations for refinement to implement the DevOps solution At least 5 years of experience of working on Application Contaneirization by developing Dockerfiles At least 5 years of experience of working on Container orchestration using Kubernetes for advanced installation, Configuration and deployments At least 4 years of experience of working on cloud native design pattern At least 4 years of experience in Multi-tenant Kubernetes architecture At least 4 years of experience in designing and implementation of Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Delivery (CD) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solution using DevOps tool chain like GitLab, Jenkins, Artifactory, Blackduck, Gradle, Gulp/Grunt, Fastlane, Docker, Kubernetes, Kublr, Ansible, Terraform, Consul, Vault, Apigee, AWS, GCP, Azure, mongo etc At least 2 years of experience of working in Container Networking, proxy management and Load Balancing and exposing of services At least 2 years of experience of any one monitoring tool such as Prometheus, CAdvisor, Heapster or equivalent and any one container log management tool such as Splunk, elk or equivalent Experience in Microservice Architecture is a plus Experience in Developing POD/Deployment YAML, ConfigMaps and Secrets management is a plus Experience in coaching and training teams on Agile & DevOps practices is a plus Experience in persistent storage in container world with storage class is a plus Expertise in AKS, EKS, Openshift is a plus Experience in sidecar services such as Envoy, Istio for service-mesh is a plus Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment Good Troubleshooting, Analytical, Communication and Client Interfacing skills Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel The job entails an extensive amount of travel.
