This announcement provides the opportunity for a reassignment/promotion to the position of Training and Talent Development Analyst position within Mission Support, Training and Talent Development Team in Arlington, VA. Learn more about this agency Responsibilities The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for both the design and facilitation of group events dealing with organizational change and employee engagement initiatives. The successful candidate may oversee or personally provide leadership coaching to OIG leaders and/or teams. The successful candidate may also assist with other initiatives within the Training and Talent Development Team involving training development and implementation, instructional facilitation for OIG developed courses, training administration, and Knowledge Management. Training and Talent Development Team initiatives are designed to advance the professional development, growth, and performance of OIG employees. The successful candidates must be highly motivated and have demonstrated skills/experience in group and instructional facilitation. This position is being advertised at the Journey Band level, equivalent to a GS-9 - GS-13. The salary range for this position is $56,233.00 - $126,062.00. The salary figures include locality pay. The following description of major duties and responsibilities is only intended to give applicants a general overview of the expectations. • Managing coaching engagements and conducting leadership coaching for OIG employees and leaders. • Provides expert level advice in the areas of developing training, training administration, and career development. • Coordinates component and agency-wide training programs for the Office of the Inspector General.
