What You Will Do As our Corporate Recruiter, you will report to the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, North America and support our recruiting team to deliver an efficient and effective recruitment solution across multiple streams in line with company policy, process and best practice. In addition to managing the full recruitment lifecycle, your day-to-day responsibilities could include: • Build strong working relationships with hiring managers and senior leaders to fully understand recruitment needs and advise on resourcing strategy. • Manage the selection process to ensure it is conducted in the correct manner with an emphasis on recruiting candidates of a high standard who demonstrate an interest in our brand and an affinity with the Ocado Values. • Administer the recruitment process to ensure all live roles are advertised internally and where applicable on external job boards, local press, etc, correct to specification and compliant with relevant legislation and internal policy. • Source candidates through multiple platforms based on pre-agreed selection criteria, conduct first round interviews of candidates, provide tailored candidate shortlists, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle. • Research, develop and manage attraction activities to target candidates across multiple business streams with a focus on direct sourcing. • Develop and execute creative, multi-channel sourcing and recruitment strategies for requisitions, sourcing candidates who meet agreed upon requisites and corporate culture, to build a diversified talent pool and to fill openings in a timely manner. • Assist associate recruiters with development of recruitment plans and understanding of roles as required. • Leverage recruiting analytics to track recruiting campaign performance, overall recruiting performance, and to adjust recruiting strategies, as needed. Who You Are To qualify for this position, you must meet the following requirements: • A bachelors degree in a related field; an additional four years of work experience would be considered in lieu of a degree. • At least four years’ experience in full lifecycle recruitment. • Proven experience of full lifecycle recruitment within an in-house environment; some experience within a recruitment agency environment would also be beneficial. • Experience recruiting within the technical, mechanical or engineering functions required. • Excellent communicator (verbal and written) with the ability to be concise and incisive with strong influencing and negotiation skills. • Proven ability to source and attract candidates through direct sourcing techniques. • Ability to recommend and create a variety of selection processes relevant to individual recruitment needs. • Experience building recruiting campaigns designed for specific projects and roles, leveraging multiple tactics and strategies to build a strong, diverse candidate pipeline. • Knowledge of current employment legislation around fair recruitment and selection. • Experience leveraging recruiting analytics and market data to improve performance and recruiting campaigns. • Experience with applicant tracking systems in required; experience with Greenhouse and/or WorkDay a plus. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google products. • Strong ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
