Learn more about this agency Responsibilities As a Budget Analyst, you will: - Develop budget projections and reports results to the Office of Business Operations (OBO) Director at least quarterly. - Contribute to development of policies, procedures, and processes for continuous improvement in project budget administration and cost analysis. - Analyze program budget requirements for Environmental Management Field Office Los Alamos (EM-LA), and participates in the formulation of procedures and techniques for analyzing and evaluating baselines and baseline change proposals. - Serve as technical liaison for EM-LA on budget and cost analysis issues to support contractors and program managers, and provides guidance, review, and technical support to EM-LA staff.
