Relationship Manager (External Contact Center) Job no:  Work type: Full Time Regular Location: Nebraska Categories: Sales The Relationship Manager maintains accountability for outsourced sales center relationships, effectiveness, agreements, strategies, quality and regulatory considerations across Direct to Consumer's (DTC) distribution Senior Health Solutions product suite. Essential Job Functions: *
Partners with outsourced agencies across both outbound and inbound sales support to reach the department goals for growth in market share and profit. * Guides or participates in general outsourced sales center processes by supporting leads generated via Internet, social media , mail, telemarketing, print, television marketing campaigns, ETC. * Collaborates with internal and external teams to ensure processes, disclaimers, training, call guides, etc maintain Brand and Compliance standards. * Supports marketing research projects, such as focus groups and online or phone surveys designed to positively impact product design, creative development, sales improvements and competitive awareness. * Partners with various internal and external agencies to formulate sound test designs that validate new programs or changes in existing programs. * Maintains awareness of the competitive environment, insurance industry, contact center platforms, and key industry regulations which may impact program(s) and/or business models and overall strategic objectives. * This position may require frequent standing or walking for extended periods of time. * This position requires Visual Acuity at 20 inches (or less) over 66% of the time. This job posting is reflective of the DTC Sales Relationship Manager essential functions, qualifications, and physical requirements. The SR level has variable essential functions, qualifications and physical requirements. Competency and skill set will determine level of placement within the posted job family. Minimum Qualifications: * 5+ years of contact center experience (sales emphasis) * Results driven, self-motivated * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Excellent customer service skills in a sales & service environment * Understanding of sales and contact center principles * Financial and analytical discipline * Ability to demonstrate effective strategic thinking and problem solving skills, as well as the ability to make sound business decisions. * Ability to work independently and as part of cross-functional project teams Preferred Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field * 1-3 years of experience within corporate, product and/or sales * Sales experience within insurance, banking or financial services * Experience in campaign execution across diverse marketing channels * Familiar with sales attribution process If you are a qualified individual with a disability or a disabled veteran, you have the right to request an accommodation if you are unable or limited in your ability to use or access our career center as a result of your disability.
